We are a practice that was set up with the main aim of helping clients achieve their DREAM. Our aim is to create SPACE that is affordable and flexible, something that adds value; furthermore something that EXCEEDS expectation.

The practice has a wide client base and has a broad background in a range of different buildings from residential, office and education through to large residential developments and mixed use schemes, as well as smaller scale residential projects and one-off homes.

The practice was set up by Mark Watkins following a career in a number of other commercial architectural practices. Mark is actively involved with the regional branch of the RIBA, and has stood as Chair of the Bristol and Bath Branch as well  as President of the Bristol Society of Architects.

Mark Watkins is also a Part-Time Teaching Fellow at The University of Bath helping students achieve their RIBA Part I qualifications.
