House Extension, London

The clients wanted to completely refurbish the entire ground floor of this existing 1930’s property and to increase the floor area to replace the existing conservatory. The entrance hall was widened and a new staircase built to open up the entry point to the house and provide a view through the new rear extension to the rear garden.

The rear extension is contemporary in nature utilising white render and large sliding glass doors to maximise the connection to the garden. A large roof overhang prevents over heating during the summer months.
