Residential Development, Devon

This project involved the complete renovation and refurbishment of a 1930’s bungalow that was in need of some love and attention. The client’s brief was to provide a new larger kitchen/dining/living area that was full of light, the existing property being very dark. The feeling of height was accentuated by the incorporation of a glazed lantern of Larch timber. The external cladding as well as the doors onto the new external dining area are also of larch. New rooflights were inserted into the existing rooms to bring natural light into the heart of the house.
